2.3 You acknowledge that transactions conducted through PayPal may be subject to PayPal's processing fees, currency conversion fees, and other charges, which are beyond our control.

3. Refunds and Disputes

3.1 Any refunds or disputes related to transactions conducted through PayPal shall be governed by PayPal's refund policy and dispute resolution process.

3.2 Fast Exchange SA reserves the right to initiate refunds or dispute resolutions through PayPal in accordance with PayPal's policies and procedures.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Fast Exchange SA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of PayPal for transactions, including but not limited to payment processing errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions.

4.2 You agree that Fast Exchange SA's liability for any transaction conducted through PayPal is limited to the extent permitted by PayPal's terms and conditions.

5. Privacy

5.1 By using PayPal for transactions with Fast Exchange SA, you acknowledge and agree to PayPal's privacy policy and data protection practices.

5.2 Fast Exchange SA may collect and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which complements PayPal's privacy practices.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

7. Amendments
