TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EFT TRANSACTIONS

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for transactions with Fast Exchange SA ("us", "we", or "our"). By proceeding with the transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using EFT for transactions with us.

1. EFT Transaction

1.1 By using EFT for transactions with Fast Exchange SA, you acknowledge and agree that EFT is a method of electronic payment, and any transactions conducted through EFT are subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution.

1.2 You understand that Fast Exchange SA is not responsible for EFT processing, including but not limited to payment processing, transaction verification, or any other functionalities provided by your financial institution.

2. Transaction Process

2.1 When you choose EFT as your payment method, you authorize Fast Exchange SA to process your payment through the EFT system.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the transaction, including your bank account details, reference numbers, and any other required information.

2.3 You acknowledge that transactions conducted through EFT may be subject to banking fees, transaction limits, and processing times, which are determined by your financial institution.

3. Refunds and Disputes

3.1 Any refunds or disputes related to transactions conducted through EFT shall be governed by the terms and conditions of your financial institution.

3.2 Fast Exchange SA reserves the right to initiate refunds or dispute resolutions through the EFT system in accordance with your financial institution's policies and procedures.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Fast Exchange SA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of EFT for transactions, including but not limited to payment processing errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions.

4.2 You agree that Fast Exchange SA's liability for any transaction conducted through EFT is limited to the extent permitted by your financial institution's terms and conditions.

5. Privacy

5.1 By using EFT for transactions with Fast Exchange SA, you acknowledge and agree to the privacy policies and data protection practices of your financial institution.

5.2 Fast Exchange SA may collect and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which complements the privacy practices of your financial institution.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

7. Amendments

7.1 Fast Exchange SA reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

7.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of EFT for transactions with Fast Exchange SA constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
